SRMusikk's pieces for concert band are in the grade 3 - 4 difficulty range. Most compositions use standard wind band instrumentation, but the percussion section is often slightly expanded. It is important that all parts are covered in order to produce the best possible performance.

These pieces are best characterized by dynamic rhythms, evolving thematic material and sudden shifts in mood. Color and ensemble timbre is important for these pieces, and there is little unnecessary doubling.
